Is Crystal Motor Group a Financial Services Authority (FSA) approved company? Return to top
Yes. Introduced on 14th January 2005, the new FSA rules will change the way customers buy cars and vans in the future. Among the many advantages of the new regime will be clearer information for consumers about general insurance policies. Consumers will be able to compare insurance policies more easily, with clear information on any significant and unusual exclusion, understand the nature and cost of the policy they are buying and have access to the Financial Ombudsman if they have a complaint and to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if firms go out of business. Please contact us for more information or visit www.fsa.gov.uk.

What is a Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) Finance Plan? Return to top
A PCP allows you to finance a car but at lower monthly repayments than traditional Hire Purchase or Personal Loan. However with PCP you are able to defer a proportion of the cost of the car as a Final Payment which is payable at the end of the agreement. A Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) is set based on the car's estimated value at the end of the agreement, which will be equal to the Final Payment.
